Prepare Your Package
Place the unworn boots or accessories back into their original branded box and secure them inside a mailing satchel to ensure they remain protected during transit.
Ship the Items
Affix the provided shipping label or your own postage to the package and drop it off at your nearest authorized carrier location or post office.
Receive Refund or Exchange
Once our warehouse team inspects the returned goods, we will process your full refund to the original payment method or dispatch your replacement pair within 3-5 business days.
